Five days in a row of me doing the FIRM workouts and David running and we are both feeling incredible! We agreed to exercise for 5 days straight then take the weekend off. I decided that I would do the same FIRM workout for 5 days then after my 2 day weekend break, start a new FIRM workout. I’m so excited to get going on Monday now. I think I’m even ready to add heavier weights.
David has been running 6 miles every night and I’m hoping to join him in a few weeks. We both took “before” pictures and will be taking “after” pictures once we have reached a full month of our getting in shape journey. All I can say is The FIRM WORKS for me, running works for David and I can’t wait to see our hard work pay off. =) Read the rest of this entry »

David & I have made a deal – every day that I FIRM, he will go running. This is our way of motivating each to get in shape. We are on day four and both are feeling great! The kids are even getting on board. Justyn joined a gym and is having a blast working out & playing racquetball. Camryn has his own exercise routine that he does at night and Baylee’s p.e. coach has got her class doing all kinds of exercises. Nikki even joins me some and Firms too!
